Daniamant Operator, Kath Osborne and her husband Steve have recently been lucky enough to take a cruise on the P&O luxury cruise ship, the Ventura. With 19 decks and 1,500 cabins the Ventura can accomodate 3,600 passengers and 1,200 crew.

Knowing that Daniamant provide the survivor location lights for this vessel provides peace of mind and seeing some of the lights that Kath has been building for the past 14 years is even more satisfying. Steve took the below photos featuring the Daniamant Denmark Rescue DAN WR lifejacket light and the Daniamant UK L41B lifebuoy lights.

The Ventura was completed in April 2008 and cost an estimated £330m. Kath and Steve have now been tasked to book a cruise on all major vessels over the coming years to ensure the Daniamant scrap book is kept up to date! Kath may need some more overtime!
