Daniamant’s products are classed as ‘articles’ under UK REACH. None of our products intentionally release any substances and there are no Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC’s) within our products. Therefore Daniamant do not have any obligations under UK REACH Directive which came into force on 1st January 2021 for our finished products.
Safety Data Sheets
The REACH Regulation establishes the obligation to provide (Safety Data Sheets) SDS with substances and mixtures in Article 31. Other safety information can be provided following Article 32. None of them apply to articles, hence SDSs do not have to be provided for articles and we not have any legal obligation to update the SDS we provide.
Despite this interpretation Daniamant consider it good practice to provide Safety Data Sheets (referred to as Product Safety Data Sheets) for our products and these can be found on the product pages and are available for download.
