ST-500
Daniamant introduces the new ST-500 Signalling Torch for use in liferafts and lifeboats, plus other lifesaving situations including use in aviation.
The ST-500 is similar to the ST-250 torch, however it uses a lithium battery instead of alkaline. This increases the lifetime; now lasting a minimum of 12 hours and with a minimum 1 lm output. It can also operate at 4 hours at 0 ◦C.

The ST-500 is similar to the ST-250 torch, however it uses a lithium battery instead of alkaline. This increases the lifetime; now lasting a minimum of 12 hours and with a minimum 1 lm output. It can also operate at 4 hours at 0 ◦C.
In addition to this, the Torch has been tested to IP67 and IP68 and is waterproof to 50m.
It is compact and lightweight and uses a user replaceable AA lithium cell. This torch does not come with a spare cell or bulb (unlike the ST-250)
